We got rained out at the farmers market today. So if you are interested in getting some cinnamon rolls, we have plain, pumpkin latte, cranberry and maple bacon left. Usually we sell them for 5 but willing to sell them for 3 let me know if you’re interested. We also have mango coconut tajin scones and cowboy butter bacon scones. 3 a piece also. Home made granola . Cranberry almond chocolate. And date and walnut granola. $6 a bag. We have a Carmel apple crumble and a raspberry brownie left also. 10 a piece.

For Saturday market we will be bringing you Key lime pie cinnamon rolls, pumpkin chi cinnamon rolls, s’more brownies, candy bar brownies, and bueno bar brownies, mixed berry crumble, apple crumble and blueberry crumble. Cinnamon oatmeal raisin scones and mango coconut tajin scones. And finally potatoe seed bread and pumpkin raisin bread.

Our new friend Cassie Watson gave me a idea to try last weekend. Key lime cinnamon rolls. So if all goes well at market on Saturday we will be serving Key lime cinnamon rolls with coconut cream frosting. Wish me luck… will be preparing them today to be baked on Friday. Kinda excited to try something new.

BS Cottage & Co. was founded in Lawrence, Kansas in 2024 with one simple dream: to share our passion for baking and spread love through food. What began as a small cottage bakery has grown into something much bigger, allowing us to bring our handcrafted baked goods to communities across multiple cities throughout Kansas. Today, we are proudly based in Ottawa and Lenexa, where we continue serving our local communities while sharing our love of baking wherever we go.

At our core, we’ve always been people who love giving to others. Whether it was baking for family, friends, neighbors, or anyone who needed a little kindness, sharing food has always been our favorite way to show we care. While giving everything away isn’t sustainable, we realized we could turn that same passion into something lasting—a business built on generosity, quality, and community.
