Monday morning and the stand is OPEN šŸ„³

Thanks to everyone who came by this weekend. I hope everyone had a great first weekend of summer and Fatherā€™s Day. Not sure about the hours this week, so stay tuned for info or look for the flag if youā€™re driving by.

Itā€™s a beautiful day to hang out on 16 šŸ˜‚ the Sunday traffic situation has been activated, but the stand has what you need. Did you know that itā€™s a scientific fact that if you stop for a cookie while stuck in traffic, you actually arrive at your destination faster and in a better mood? Itā€™s true!

Iā€™ll be baking all day so the selection is likely to change, but whateverā€™s out there ā€” itā€™ll be fresh šŸŖ

Yā€™all yesterday was nuts. Maybe the busiest Friday in stand history. Iā€™ll be baking all day again today, so the selection out there is likely to change, but hereā€™s whatā€™s out there now:

Good morning!! Itā€™s FRIDAY and the stand is OPEN! šŸ„³ itā€™s really feeling like summer has landed here on the highway. And speaking of the highway ā€” your favorite cookie stand is in the paper! You know that little paper called ā€œAlong Route 16ā€? Weā€™re in there!There are some copies in the stand if you want to check it out.

Iā€™ll be baking all day so this list might change, but hereā€™s whatā€™s out there now:
Birthday cake
Cookies and cream
Chocolate chip
Caramel chocolate
Snickerdoodles
Oatmeal raisin

Iā€™ll have some great specials and mixed boxes for Fatherā€™s Day weekend, possibly starting late afternoon today, but definitely out there tomorrow morning and Sunday. Stay tuned and Iā€™ll post an example box as they get baked and put together.

Thank you to everyone who supports the stand! Iā€™m sorry I havenā€™t been able to keep it open daily, but with busy weekends, itā€™s just not sustainable with my little kitchen to keep going all week. Even when the stand is closed, Iā€™m still working on cookies šŸŖ One of the reasons the cookies are *really good* is that I chill all of the dough for a minimum of 24 hours (I really try to hit 48-72 hours) and I donā€™t freeze anything. These cookies are *fresh* šŸ˜Ž

UPDATE: sold out

Monday: The stand is open! Baked some fresh cookies up this morning, but not enough to restock. Closed tomorrow and Wednesday (maybe Thursday), so I can prepare for a great selection of cookies and treats for Father's Day weekend šŸŖšŸ•ŗ
