It’s official!🎉 Today is KCBistro’s 4TH BIRTHDAY!🩷

What started as a little dream turned into something that has a piece of so many people’s celebrations, birthdays, milestones, & random “I just need a cupcake” moments. And that means more to us than you know🥹

And if you’ve ever wondered where all those cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pastries come from… this is it.

Yep. That tiny kitchen.😂

Somehow, for the last four years, we’ve managed to squeeze ourselves, a million ingredients, mountains of dishes, countless orders, and some very questionable amounts of butter into this little space.

It’s not the biggest kitchen. It’s definitely not the most spacious kitchen. And there have been MANY moments of “where am I supposed to put this?!” 😂

But it’s where KCBistro started. And four years later, that little kitchen has been part of something so much bigger than we ever imagined🩷

Every order, every customer, every recommendation, every share, and every person who has supported us has helped turn this tiny kitchen into a business we’re incredibly proud of. We are so thankful from the bottom of our hearts for you✨

Come see us this week during our open hours!

Ever had cake? 🍰 It’s a sweet, tropical spice cake made with bananas, pineapple, pecans, and warm spices - a must try from us this week!

Originally founded in the 1960’s from Jamaica, they named it “Doctor Bird” from their national bird…

American bakers made their own name playfully theorizing that the cake was sweet enough to attract hummingbirds, or that guests would hover around it like the tiny birds 🕊️ It’s only available this week!
