Smart baking for real life.

A simple, golden keto waffle —
soft inside, crisp outside, and made to feel good.

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp almond flour
• 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp monk fruit + allulose blend
• Pinch of salt
• Butter or avocado oil (for waffle maker)

✨ Method:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients until smooth.
2️⃣ Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease.
3️⃣ Pour batter and cook until golden & crisp.
4️⃣ Rest 30 seconds before serving.

🍓 How I serve it:
Whipped cream, fresh strawberries & a light drizzle of sugar-free syrup.

Hola, mi nombre es Carmen Velilla.

Soy la fundadora y CEO de 2G Net Carbs Bakery, y este proyecto nació de una necesidad real, no de una moda.

Hubo una larga pausa y varios percances en el camino,
pero nunca perdí la esperanza de volver a este proyecto en el que siempre he creído.
Porque para mí, 2G Net Carbs siempre ha sido diferente.

No me detuve porque me rendí.
Me detuve porque entendí que lo que vale la pena necesita tiempo, enfoque y estructura.

Mientras no me veías, estaba aprendiendo, ajustando y construyendo en silencio.

2G Net Carbs nació de mi propia experiencia:
el deseo de crear comida que nutra, satisfaga y no te haga sentir culpa.

Hoy estamos trabajando en nuestra fecha de lanzamiento y en los lugares donde podrás encontrar nuestras premezclas.

Pero más importante aún:
estoy aquí. Estoy presente. Y esta vez, me quedo.
