Everyone loves a good cookie. Have you checked out some of our seasonal flavors yet?

💚 Teacher's Pet: our cookie of the month! Soft oatmeal cookie loaded with apples, apricots, currants and walnuts. A perfect little sweet to enjoy with your morning coffee or even a mid afternoon pick-me-up!

❤️ Island Berry Bars: sweet sugar cookie base filled with tropical rambutan and raspberry jam, topped with oat streusel. An island riff on your grandma's fruit bars.

🧡 Scotcharoos: a Pie Fairy classic! Peanut butter cookie loaded with toasted krispies, marshmallows, chocolate and butterscotch chips. These are so good you won't want to share. You have been warned.

💙 Chai Chocolate Chip: soft chocolate chip cookie spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove and a pinch of black pepper. Just begging to appear at your next tea party.

Of course if you are in need of some classic flavors to pack in those lunch boxes (yours or your little one's), just ask! I am always happy to whip up some chocolate chip, snicker doodle, or oatmeal raisin cookies.

This month we brought back a couple old favorites alongside the new. Let's take a closer look at this month's signature pies:

🫐🌽 Blue (Berry) Corn Pie: creamy sweet corn custard with a hint of lime, swirls of fresh blueberry jam, baked up in a scratch graham crust, topped with whip and a lil more blueberry jam. This pie screams Nebraska!

🍓 Strawberry Elderflower Pie: jammy strawberries baked in a flaky pie crust, topped with more fresh strawberries, glazed with house elderflower cordial and finished with whip. An elegant take on a classic pie!

🍌 Mama Parton's Pudding Pie: sweet sable crust with fresh banana smothered in vanilla custard, topped with toasty meringue and scratch made nilla wafers. A tribute to Dolly's mother's recipe for the classic Southern staple.

🎂 Birthday Pie: Gooey funfetti frangipane baked in a sable shell, topped with creamy whipped ganache and finished with funfetti crunchies. My original cake pie!

Hello Pie Pals and Cookie Monsters! September means back to school and the beginning of fall harvest. Both gave me some great ideas for this month so let's dig in!

🫐🌽This month's featured pie is the Blue (Berry) Corn Pie. Silky corn custard with a touch of lime, swirled with fresh blueberry jam, baked in a graham crust, topped with whip and dotted with more jam. Sweet, creamy with just the right balance of fresh with lime and blueberry. Just begging to make an appearance at your next BBQ night.

🍎This month's featured cookie is the Teacher's Pet Cookie. Soft oatmeal cookie studded with apples, apricots, currants, and walnuts. A perfect match with your morning coffee or even a mid afternoon pick me up.

🍑Colorado Peach update! We still have enough to get in a couple more pies for some lucky person(s) before they are gone for the year. First come first served, so don't wait too long if you have been craving one.

Turns out Mr. Pie Fairy got his calendar full of orders this week. And here I am, sitting at home, alongside these beautiful, mammoth Palisade Peaches. What's a poor Pie Fairy to do?

They have arrived! Brought to us directly from the peach farms of Colorado with the help of a good friend of the Pie Fairies.

If you have never enjoyed one of these babies I can tell you they are the perfect peach. Sweet, a little tart, soft enough to fall right off the pit, incredibly juicy, and if only you could smell a picture you would know that our kitchen is perfumed with that delicious aroma.

So what I'm trying to say is if you have been craving a peach pie, NOW IS THE TIME! These beauties never last long when we get them and once they are gone, they are gone until next year.
