Know Good is looking for a full-time Kitchen Lead at our Center Street sandwich shop! 🥯

Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation, serving, + cooking of all menu items
- Communicate and collaborate with owner on menu development + seasonal offerings
- Ensure kitchen order and cleanliness + enforce cleaning practices with staff
- Maintain continuous inventory of food + supplies; place orders + communicate shortages to manager as needed
- Assist employee training + onboarding, when required
- Help with scheduling + shift changes due to illness, vacation, or other conflicts
- Report any issues to manager for appropriate action

Salaried position + bonuses. 40 hours/week + overtime as required. PTO + sick leave. Health, vision, + dental insurance. 401k + employer match.
