A little look at some details from this beautiful wedding day from start to finish. 🤍

From the quiet moments around the venue before guests arrived, to cocktail hour around the grazing table, a full buffet dinner, desserts and all the beautiful moments in between. It was so special watching the entire day come together at Larkin Place for this dreamy, woodsy wedding.

Their menu included a cocktail hour grazing table followed by fresh house salad, scalloped potatoes, roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts, shrimp scampi pasta, herb crusted ribeye steak, fresh baked dinner rolls, mini cheesecakes and mini fruit tarts.

Such a beautiful venue, an incredible group of people and a day we were so grateful to be part of. Thank you again for trusting Oly Grazers with your wedding day! ✨

The Fields wedding at Larkin Place was such a beautiful, dreamy, woodsy celebration! 🌿

They got a little bit of everything with an elevated grazing table for cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with house salad, scalloped potatoes, roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts, shrimp scampi pasta, herb crusted ribeye steak with chimichurri , and fresh dinner rolls.

We finished the evening with mini cheesecakes and mini fruit tarts for dessert. Such a beautiful menu for an even more beautiful wedding! 🤍

A meal portion graze made to feed 100, and every inch was filled with something delicious. ✨

Layered with hearty sandwiches, fresh seasonal produce, artisan cheeses, cured meats, dips, spreads, breads and beautiful accompaniments, this spread was designed to serve as a complete meal while giving guests plenty to explore.

It was an honor to create this beautiful sandwich and charcuterie graze for a celebration of life this past weekend. 🤍

We received so many compliments, especially on our signature herbed chicken salad sandwiches! This recipe has become one of our most popular offerings, and it always makes me happy to hear how much our guests enjoy it.

A Little Oly Grazers Update! ✨

Times are changing, in the best way! Oly Grazers has become incredibly busy with weddings, celebrations and larger catering events, which we absolutely love and appreciate so much. As our business continues to grow, we’ve had to make a few changes to our regular charcuterie menu and ordering schedule.

But let us be very clear: We are not moving away from charcuterie! 🧀✨

At least half of our booked catering events include charcuterie in some form! Whether it’s beautiful boards, grazing tables, cocktail-hour displays or a full charcuterie-catered event. We are still very much here for all of your events that include charcuterie, and we’re proud to remain one of the South Sound’s top picks for all things grazing!

We’re continuing to expand our charcuterie menu, improve our displays and stay current with new ideas and trends. We’re learning, growing and getting better every day. The only thing becoming more limited is the availability of smaller, everyday orders as our larger catering calendar continues to grow.

Our current everyday offerings include:

16×16 Charcuterie Board — $225
21×14 Charcuterie Board — $275
21×14 Seasonal Fruit Board — $150
21×14 Crudités Board — $150
Charcuterie Cups — $17 each, minimum 20
Mini Charcuterie Boxes — $25 each, minimum 20

We’ll also continue creating custom bulk charcuterie orders for corporate events, employee appreciation, client gifts and other large gatherings!

Regular charcuterie orders are now available for scheduled pickup on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00–11:00 AM. Orders require at least 72 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.

Smaller sizes may still make special appearances! We plan to offer limited seasonal options for holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and other special occasions throughout the year. Be sure to follow our page so you don’t miss those releases! 🎄💕

And don’t worry, these changes definitely don’t mean we’re slowing down! Some really fun things are in the works for Oly Grazers. We’re hoping to create more public events where our community can come together, connect and enjoy our food. We can’t share all the details quite yet, but we’re very excited about what’s ahead! 👀

We loved being part of this gorgeous celebration at Seabrook, creating a menu full of fresh flavors, beautiful presentation, and plenty for everyone to graze on.

🌊 Cocktail Hour at the Bluff
• Shrimp cocktail
• PNW at Smoked salmon dip
• Brie & berry canapés
• Caprese skewers

🐚 Dinner Flatbreads
• Pesto Caprese — basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella & fresh basil
• Prosciutto, Boursin & Hot Honey — creamy Boursin, mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, red pepper flakes & hot honey
• Blueberry & Goat Cheese — fresh blueberries, creamy goat cheese, mozzarella, arugula & honey

🍅 Sandwiches
• Italian Subs with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone & all the fixings

We love a beach wedding. 🌊🤍

This menu in Ocean Park was simple, elevated, and full of flavor with herb-crusted ribeye steaks, herb-baked chicken breasts, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, summer chickpea pasta salad, house-made chimichurri, plus antipasto skewers, traditional and vegetarian stuffed mushrooms, and brie & berry canapés for cocktail hour.

And can we take a moment for these florals?! 😍 They were absolutely beautiful and created by our friends at Maywood Farm. They were the perfect finishing touch to such a gorgeous display!

I’m so grateful we get to be a small part of celebrations like this. ✨

This couple chose a top-your-own torta bar with choice of tender carne asada tortas or seasoned chicken tortas with refried beans, Spanish rice, chips and fresh salsa, finished with a churro bar for dessert. Casual, interactive, and packed with flavor.

Three years. 🏆💛

I still can’t believe I’m writing this.

Oly Grazers has officially been voted Best of South Sound, Best Catering for the third year in a row.

To everyone who took the time to vote for us, book with us, recommend us to your friends and family, and continue supporting my small business, thank you from the bottom of my heart. This award means more to me than I can put into words!

This recognition is especially meaningful because Oly Grazers has only been in business for four years. To have been voted Best Catering in three of those four years is something I never imagined when I started this journey.

As a mom to two little girls and the person who organizes, plans, and oversees every part of this business, there have been countless early mornings, late nights, long weekends, and moments where I’ve questioned if I could keep going. Running a small business isn’t easy, but I would choose this path every single time.

I also couldn’t do it without the incredible support I have at home. Thank you to Frank for always believing in me and supporting my dream, to my brother-in-law, my mom, and my grandma for loving our girls so well and stepping in whenever I’ve needed you. Thank you to all of my family and friends for encouraging me on the days I feel overwhelmed and reminding me to keep going when I feel like throwing in the towel. I truly couldn’t do this without you all.

A huge thank you also goes to my amazing team. Every one of you started as friends before becoming my employees, and that makes this journey even more special. Thank you for being my helping hands, believing in my dream, celebrating my successes as if they were your own, and working right alongside me to make it all happen. You make even the longest days fun, and I’m so thankful for each of you.
