These are my melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter cookies — soft, rich, and packed with flavor. But I didn’t stop there… I sandwiched them with my whipped marshmallow cream cheese peanut butter filling that takes them to a whole new level!

Who remembers my raspberry cheesecake cookie? Welcome the sister.. a crunchy graham cracker cookie with a hint of macadamia nuts topped with my marshmallow cream cheese frosting followed by from scratch lemon curd and sprinkled with an infused lemon sugar. Wanna try it? Come down to tonight and get a cold beer + best bbq ever and then my #1 meal dessert! I’ll also have a few of the raspberry ones and a couple other dessert items
