The cinnamon waffle cone protein cookie past the "official" taste test with flying colors! This is a low sugar, high protein cookie. I dont know about ya'll, but it is difficult for me to find protein bars/cookies that I really like. It cost me a small fortune when I go hiking and I dont really enjoy the taste. With this cookie, 1/2 equals the protein in most bars. This is my favorite so far. So I will be taking this one and the sugar cookie flavor with me hiking from now on. These can be made with or without the sugar free white chocolate chips.

I dont know about ya'll but my allergies have been super bad. Eyes were swelled for 3 days to the point I had to take a steroid pill. Better today so I made the next flavor of protein cookie - Cinnamon Waffle Cone. This is my favorite flavor so far.

Then there is all the hype about the dot cakes. Not sure why. A customer requested them so I made the cookie cake ones. A stark reminder of how much I hate those non-parells! 🤣

I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day Weekend last week. I dont know about ya'll, but I needed a restful weekend. My regular job keeps me very busy. Weekend bakes have slowed down a bit as I have been focusing on releasing my monthly cookie box. Just about done with my selection of recipes/cookies that will be inlcuded. Stay tuned. Here is a bar that I made this weekend because I couldnt wait to try it. The Salted Caramel Bar with Cheesecake flavored frosting. It passed my 4 taste teaters this week - my relatives 😆.
