Baking Schedule for June 15-28th
Thank you so much to everyone who again braved the rain today and came out to the market. I appreciate you all so much. It’s hard to plan for rain as I start prepping Wednesday and Thursday. After that I pretty much have to bake and just pray the weatherman is wrong! So thank you all again from the bottom of my heart.
Next weekend is Father’s Day and there will NOT be a market. I will however have sourdough available Wed and Friday. I can also make some cinnamon rolls or scones. Preorders are due 8 am Tuesday and Thursday with pickup the next day. Dm to order. The following week of June 22nd I will only have bread Tuesday June 23 with orders due Monday by 8am.Pickup must be by 12 NOON. I will be closed from Wed-Sat and then will return to HILLTOP FOR the Sunday market on June 28th with all the things. I hope to see you there. Stay dry Yall!

We’ve reinvented our Caprese danish just in time for the market at Hilltop Truck Park tomorrow. Our fresh new take has cherry tomatoes , fresh mozzarella and shredded basil from my garden tossed in balsamic vinegar topping our croissant danish. A nice lightish tart for lunch. Grab yours tomorrow a limited number available.

Huge thank you to everyone who braved the rain and mud and humidity today. Y’all are awesome and we so appreciate each and everyone of you. (Now the weather people that’s a whole different story 😡, 3 different apps 3 different forecasts 🤦🏽‍♀️)
