A sweet baby shower cake. The customer brought in her own decorations for the cake and said do whatever you want. I love it! Had a blast brining her vision to life.

My final school cake is done! Still have a business segment and externship, but done with labs. I learned so much from all the amazing chef instructors, I am eternally grateful. I challenged myself and now as I look back at my progress, I’m humble impressed. This is a two-tiered black fondant cake with gum paste roses and gold accents. Top tier is vanilla butter cake with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream. Bottom tier is devils food with ribbons of caramel and Swiss meringue buttercream. My heart is full ❤️.

Had some fun creating a special cake for one of my special girls. Inspired by her new hair color (by me 😜) BIG shout to my daughter in law to be, Amber! Happy birthday mamita. I love you! 💜💜😘

First attempt at gum paste roses and leaves. It wasn’t terrible, but I need a lot of practice. It was fun though, watching it come together. Keep an eye out for my final school cake that will have these roses incorporated. Feeling blessed. To God be all the glory.
