Not trying to brag……ok, maybe just a little 😊That is a good looking container of cupcakes!! The review was even better.
I started this journey in 2020 in my little kitchen and with the help of my son Curtis Nash, almost 3 years later we are 10 reviews away from 500, and with a stellar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating, we feel incredibly blessed, grateful and loved!!
Grace’s Tiers Bakery is becoming a household name and we wouldn’t be here without the amazing loyal and supportive customers in NRH and surrounding areas. The buzz is real and people come from all over to see what this little bakery is all about.
Every time I think about how I started baking just because it made me happy, I couldn’t fathom the success we would have in our first brick and mortar because we make so many other people happy!!
However, I say this with the utmost sincerity, no matter how great your product is, if your customer service isn’t above reproach then they won’t come back! And that is something Grace’s Tiers Bakery takes seriously. My son Curtis has the best customer service hands down and our customers love him and I unequivocally appreciate him and everything he does to help make us the bakery of choice!!
Our little family team (Ms. Grace, Nash, Gina Nash, Kimberly Cannon Bradley, Casey and Tiffany Nash) we each play a role in making Grace's Tiers Bakery successful and we are determined to be the best, and continue to put out a great product! Just know that we are so humbled by the continued support from everyone. Nash and I Thank you from the top of our hearts ❤️!!!

After a complete day of rest on Sunday and our only off day, I'm well rested and rejuvenated!!
When I come in on Monday this is what a successful weekend looks like!
Now it's time to do it all again. We thank God profusely for His continued blessings over our business and for blessing us with the strength to keep going no matter how exhausted we are. I asked for this so I certainly can't and won't ever complain about being busy. But it is definitely time to hire some help!! (A cake decorator) to be exact, because Nash and I have run a FT business for over 2 years with Gina Nash helping out greatly, and by the Grace of God we have been blessed to do it, but we definitely must get some help now. It's also time that I start paying myself, other than tips I haven't paid myself because everything went back into the business and making sure Nash got paid and he even gave some of his pay back on occasion and that's just not right.
We both knew the sacrifices starting a business takes, and We are so grateful to all our loyal and supportive customers because we certainly couldn't do this without you!!
However, we have given discounts over $25k since we opened and that's not an exaggeration, I think it might be more than that.
It takes a lot to run a business and we have to start doing things a little differently so we can see a profit and maybe I can start paying myself. I put in 12-15 hrs a day on my feet and I know we're going to keep putting out a great product, but I've got to reward all this hard work somehow!!
