I would like to send a big shout out and a WTG to our rockstars Krista Broadwater and Kimberly Cannon Bradley for helping me hold it down, get every order out on time and the place is still standing while Captain Obvious was on vacation with his family. We are so blessed to have these two women on our team and I'm elated that because of them I don't have to work as hard. So a big thank you to two amazing women that I am so happy to call family!!

My anxiety was a little high, but Im okay now. Apparently I have some sort of gas line problem. I had to call the fire department because this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that my ovens aren't getting hot or my water and I have a faint gas smell.
The good news is I don't have a gas leak, the bad news is they couldn't determine if it's an Atmos gas company problem or a plumbing problem. Either way it's not good when you're operating almost everything that runs on gas.
However, the firemen all said this is the cleanest kitchen they have EVER seen. That made me smile really big because we strive to keep a clean, and organized kitchen/business.
My son Nash and I are EXTREMELY OCD about cleanliness and apparently it shows. Our staff Kim and Krista have also picked up our cleanliness behavior because its a must for our business! We accept nothing less!
That was a very proud moment for me because we've had other people say it as well, but when the Red truck guys tell you that, it hits differently.
So kudos to our staff!! And a big, big thank you to my Almighty Father God for keeping me safe this morning and so our staff is safe as well!
Now let me try to get the gas company out here and a plumber.....ugh
