Sharing yet another vendor from this miserable endeavor we were apart of. I’ve never met a person like this woman, do not have any part of her BS - steer clear !
Only good thing that came from this is meeting some amazing ACTUAL artisans.
First I want to say that I NEVER have had to post something like this. I have never experienced someone like this and if I can keep it from happening to others than this is the least I can do.
⚠️ To all crafter/vendors looking to sign on please beware!
She likes to create events/businesses and once you sign on will try to change her contracts, insist you signed contracts that you did not and not hold up her end of said contracts and will try to gaslight you into believing she’s in the right.
She will not give you money owed and insist you owe her instead. She will threaten to take you to court and will do her best to bully you into giving in to her.
Please do your due diligence and Google search.
Don’t let my lesson be your lesson!
With The Hampton store she advertised it as an artisan store ( meaning handmade) that she would be running herself and even though she claimed to not be making that much money off her vendors rent it was ok because she would be recovery from surgery and she wanted her vendors to be making the money.
She then said if we did not volunteer our time she would take commission from our sales which was not stated in her original contract.
She also bought a bunch of items off Temu to sell. Items similar to the handmade items that her vendors are selling. Selling her items at super low prices taking away sales from her vendors.
She manually entered other vendors items under her own multiple business names claiming those sales for herself.
Please feel free to share and get the word out.
I would hate to see her take advantage of more people.
