This week I baked corn yeast rolls. It cream style corn and fine ground corn meal with the traditional yeast bread ingredients. very good!!

portuguese raisin bread has been doing well. everyone is happy with the egg, cheeses and select bacon we are using with that sweet bread. It's a great combination.
