This Week at Wild Rize Sourdough!

This week’s flavor lineup has a little something for everyone — savory, sweet, and classic! ❤️

🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Bread — Loaded with Wisconsin cheddar cheese and just the right kick of jalapeño peppers.

🤎 Cinnamon Roll Sourdough Focaccia — Soft, fluffy focaccia with all that buttery, cinnamon & brown sugar goodness you loved as a kid in a cinnamon roll.

🥖 Classic Rustic Sourdough Bread — Simple, crusty, chewy and always a favorite.

Everything is made with care in small batches and slow fermented.. My sourdough has a very delicate taste and moist crumb that you won't elsewhere.

It's gut friendly for those with a gluten sensitivity. Plus, its resistant starch with a lower glycerin index helps prevents a post carb crash. It's simply better for you. Just like your great gramma used to make!

One of today's loaves. I just love the look of this one! ❤️ There’s something about that beautiful contrast between the flour-dusted crust and the golden, crispy ear that makes me happy every time.

Hello, Sourdough Friends!
This week’s Wild Rize Sourdough menu is small, but mighty! 🍞

I’m baking three customer favorites this week:

🍞 Classic Sourdough — A traditional rustic loaf with a crisp crust, chewy center, and wonderfully complex sourdough flavor.

🌻 Seeded Sourdough — Loaded with pumpkin, sunflower, flax, and sesame seeds for a hearty loaf with lots of flavor and texture.

🧀🌶️ Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough — Savory cheddar and jalapeños baked right into the loaf for the perfect combination of cheesy goodness and a little kick.

Orders close tonight (Tuesday) at 10 PM!

Pickup is Saturday, August 22 from noon–8 PM.

Wild Rize Sourdough offers handmade, small-batch sourdough breads made with simple ingredients, ling fermentation, and lots of care. ❤️

From classic rustic sourdough to seeded, cheddar jalapeño, hot honey, cinnamon raisin, Italian focaccia , cinnamon roll foccacia, pumpkin bars and more; there’s a little something for everyone.

Today, Thursday July 23, from 3-6pm I'll be selling sourdough baked goods at Kudos in Hudson for "Ladies Night Out"! Nutella Swirl and Gouda Caraway loaves will be available as well as classic sourdough and cranberry white chocolate scones. Stop in if you can to get your weekend treat!

This loaf is for a soon-to-be momma who has been craving chocolate chip sourdough bread! Maybe I'll make a dill pickle loaf someday soon. I hear they're yummy in yer tummy!
