I have 40 wedding cupcakes this weekend. I’m building the mini bouquets that’s going to be the cupcake topper. 3 down 37 to go. I also have sourdough bread to shape, but it needs 1 more hour before it’s ready.

Yesterday’s wedding cake. First time doing spatula flowers. Love everything about this cake. It’s a chocolate and vanilla marble cake with an American buttercream frosting.

Working late… I have a wedding for tomorrow. It’s a 8” heart cake with spatula flower technique. So I made a mini 5.5” cake so I can practice the technique before decorating the actual cake. My first spatula flower cake, it also has silk flowers. The inspiration photo

I made carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. They came out so pretty. My neighbor invited us for a tea party, so I brought dessert.
