The glitter on the cake was something else!

The cake was my standard 6” heart cake. It was red velvet with cookies and cream filling. The client wanted this cake to SHINE so the entire top is covered in an edible shimmer.

And let’s not talk about the glitter shimmer that is EVERYWHERE in my house now… lol.

A mini tier for a beautiful wedding.

These mini tiers serve 20 people and allow two different flavors. I loved being able to work with a local vendor back in Florida to secure these beautiful flowers.

Though this cake was created over a year ago, it is still one of my favorites.

When Alecia reached out for a cake and sent inspo pictures, I am so thankful that she also sent pictures of the theme and topper! I was able to help guide and provide suggestions to make sure the two color palette did not clash and I am so thankful she trusted me with a masterpiece of a smash cake!

She also provided a level of create freedom which allowed me to try a new scraper and style.

This set was so much fun to create! I was given one color to work with, told to use gold accents, it was for a 28th birthday, and they wanted my elegant style.

DONE!!!!

At the end of each year, our family sits down to reflect on the year and look into the future. We never think of "resolutions" as we feel that the term itself has a strong hold on us. We typically think of 10 goals each year, write them down on a piece of paper, and put it on the fridge.

These goals in the past have been financial, health, educational, personal, business, work related, and so much more. These goals can take a short amount of time or even all year long.

This coming year, some of our bigger goals include:
-Jason starting his masters degree
-JST having the logo and name trademarked
-Putting X amount of money into savings

Throwback to this little cake from a few weeks ago!

This little cake was so much fun to create! With mini chocolate strawberry accents, 4 different different piping tips with 4 colors, and sprinkle pearl accents, this little smash cake was one for the books!

I loved being able to work with this client and bring her vision to life.

Wow… what a wild ride this year has been. When Jason and I closed out the 2023 chapter, our exact works were “cheers to 2024… it’s gonna be a wild ride”. And man was it. To Jason becoming an officer, us having to live apart for a year, finishing the Treats Trailer, moving across country, Jenson starting a new school, and some major ups and downs, this year has been hard at times, but overall SUCH a blessing. Knowing exactly what size cake for event can be tricky. Heading some of the cake sizes in inches” can be confusing to many. But knowing how many servings each cake size can produce will help tremendously! I always try to remind clients that you can ALWAYS add more treats to your event.
