tc. Custom decorations such as cartoon characters and company logos are our specialty. All of our artwork and decorating is done the old school way - by hand! Whether it’s a cartoon character, sports, school, company logo etc., it is done by hand with buttercream- (we are buttercream specialists and do not work with fondant). It is also not a pre-printed piece of edible paper placed on top of the cake ( although occasionally a customer will purchase one on their own and bring it in to us to use). We do it all by hand so that every theme can be customized to the customers specifications. The process begins by etching the desired design into the icing. We then start the tedious process of outlining, filling in colors, air brushing, shading, and adding the fine details. Yes, it is a time consuming process, but it allows us to customize each cake making it unique and seeing the end result makes it all worthwhile. We always try to go above and beyond by personalizing the cakes whenever possible or feasible (although some themes allow for more creativity than others).
