The Bread Shed is open!

It's a one-day-only kind of weekend around here! The Bread Shed will be closed tomorrow because I'll be at the Evansville Holistic Expo, so be sure to stop by today if you need your sourdough or sweet treat fix!

Orders are OPEN, but things look a little different this week!

We're gearing up for the Evansville Holistic Expo this Saturday, so I'm offering a limited pre-order menu this week to make sure I have plenty of time to prepare!

A few things to know:

Pre-orders close Wednesday at 7 PM.
Pickup will be Friday, October 16 ONLY.

Well, this doesn't happen very often... the Bread Shed is OPEN on a Sunday!

I had some extra goodies to put out, including freshly baked cookies, so I figured I'd give you all a chance to grab a little something today!

Here's what's in the shed:
• Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (freshly baked!)
• Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies (also fresh!)
• Half a Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Loaf (a little something special!)
• Everything Bagel Sourdough (just one trial-sized portion left!)

And yes, I know... I STILL haven't restocked the Spicy Ranch Crackers. At this point, I'm starting to sound like a broken record. 😂

But today's the day! I'm heading straight to the kitchen after posting this to finally knock those off my to-do list.

Look at me, on the ball and opening the Bread Shed a little early today! It's a Saturday miracle!

I've restocked the sourdough loaves, including more trial-sized Everything Bagel loaves for anyone wanting to give the new flavor a try!

As for the Spicy Ranch Crackers I promised to restock yesterday... well, those still haven't happened. I'm blaming a house full of teenagers for a sleepover last night. 😂 I'll get to them eventually, I swear!

We're also out of Chocolate Chip Cookies at the moment, but I'll be baking more and restocking those later today.

There's a chance of rain today, but the Bread Shed is open and stocked with plenty of other goodies, so swing by and grab something tasty while you're out and about!

The wait is over! The mystery sourdough flavor I teased earlier today is… Everything Bagel Sourdough!

Loaded with everything bagel seasoning both inside and out, this one might just become a new favorite!

I've added some trial-size quarter loaves to the Bread Shed for just $3 each, so you can give this new flavor a try without committing to a whole loaf!

I’m testing this flavor out to see if it deserves a spot in the regular lineup, so if you snag one, I’d love to hear what you think!

I've been experimenting with a new sourdough loaf flavor, and I'll be putting a few out later today in a smaller size so you can give it a try! I'd love to hear what you think before deciding whether to add it to the regular lineup.

Well, yesterday was a pretty great day! Thank you so much to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. AND you guys helped me hit 1,000 followers too!! 🎉 I’ve been watching that number creep closer and closer, so hitting 1,000 on my birthday was pretty cool.

Sadly, the Bread Shed is CLOSED today… but that’s because I’m packing everything up and heading to the Newburgh Fall Fest!

Come find Lock & Dam Cottage Creations today from 12–8 PM. I’ll have plenty of sourdough and sweet treats with me, and I’d love to see some familiar faces!
