In 2012, our founder was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

Since then, she has taken her passion for cooking and developed recipes that allow her to enjoy the foods she loves, with the people she loves, and now wants to share them with you. We believe that our cookies are some of the finest available. In fact, we hope you won’t believe that the crispy, chewy, decadent treat you are about to enjoy could possibly be gluten free.
