We decided to take our signature Ube Halaya Cake to the next level with this custom 12-inch creation. Stepping up from our usual size meant we could really go all out: layers of super moist ube chiffon, loaded with our slow-cooked, house-made ube halaya, and finished with sweet macapuno strings to hit that sweet spot of flavor and texture.
