We were asked to create a cake for our Groom who is obsessed with Sour Patch kids candy. I had never tried this confection until I had to purchase a bag of them. The staff admitted to sneaking a few here and there. Needless to say, I ended up having to buy another bag for his cake. I’m going to stick to my obsession with chocolate 🍫but I did love the way this turned out.

Remember, if you have an idea, be prepared for many detailed conversations with your pastry chef. We have years of experience and thousands of success stories. We want what’s best for you, but sometimes plans have to change. We are here for you, we will hold your hand. We want you to be over the moon with your cake. We plan the correct delivery time, keeping our eye on the weather. Our cakes are made with butter, they can’t be delivered first thing in the morning, although that would make our jobs way easier! Instead, we wait for most of the venue to be set, we don’t need any complications and always do what’s best for your wedding cake. There is only one.
