It’s exciting to watch the cookies i decorate come to life with each step!

So much time and detail goes into these that you might not even realize. From dough prep, bake time, dry time, to hand painting and drawing on details for every single cookie, to individually packaging. Thats a simplified process lol but it’s all worth it to see the finished results!

Milk chocolate cake with kataifi and pistachio cream filling coated with a decadent milk chocolate buttercream

The baking process and the frosting whipping up, I tell you it smelled absolutely delightful! It’s full of flavor! Has a nice little crunch to it!

I’ve got a few things to tweak, but it will soon be added to my website as a specialty cake! It will come in one size with a simple everyday design. I would be able to add writing to the top if you’d like! Be on the lookout and ready to place those orders!🤍

Chapter One📖🌸💜✨
On to chapter two for this little one!

I was so excited about this smash cake! Love how it turned out! Hence all the different angles lol

Also learned a lesson from this cake.. QUADRUPLE check spelling and everything!! I aways give it my best with anything I make, but inevitably I am human. I’m hard on myself with mistakes or imperfections. Very thankful they were super cool about the misspelling and not upset at all. But if this ever happens (fingers crossed it doesn’t) please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m happy to come fix it!!🤍
