🍞 Important Sourdough Update! 🍞

Our lovely sourdough baker, Dawn, is taking a well-deserved break from baking during the month of June.

But don't panic! Dawn is making sure we don't go hungry. She is loading us up on bread flights and classic loaves THIS SATURDAY (5/30).

Stop by, see us, and make sure to grab enough to stock your freezers to get you through the sourdough drought. See you Saturday (we're open from 8am to 3pm)!

✨ Employee Spotlight ✨ Meet Michelle!

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on someone who keeps our team grounded, smiling, and cared for: our wonderful Michelle!

While her official title isn't "Resident Counselor," we joke that it should be. Michelle is the definition of warm, kind, and genuinely supportive. She has a unique gift for making everyone feel heard, bringing a sense of calm and empathy to our bakery every single day.

It turns out she gets plenty of practice keeping people calm and collected at home, too—she is a mom of 5 and homeschooled all of them!! 💪🏼
