This week we have TWO SPECIALS.

Bread: Pesto Jack Sourdough.
Basil pesto mixed into a long fermented sourdough with pockets of gooey Monterey jack cheese. Perfect for sandwiches, toasting, or just eating it!

Sweet: 9" Sourdough Cookie cake. Any flavor cookie. Can be plain or decorated in homemade butter cream.
Perfect for birthdays, graduations, cookouts, and holidays!

Mel's Rustic Rise Bakehouse

Had fun making Whole Wheat Sandwich Loaves. They came out crusty, soft and chewy, with that sourdough flavor mixed with the wheat. Delicious!

$10 per loaf. Sliced or unsliced

Who wants some? Will be making dough in the morning for fresh bread Thursday.
