If you’ve noticed that Mel's Rustic Rise Bakehouse has been a little quieter lately, there’s a very sweet reason…
WE’RE HAVING A BABY!
After years of hoping, waiting, and wishing for this moment, our little miracle is finally on the way.
These next few weeks and months are incredibly important for our growing little family, so I’ve been doing my best to slow down, rest, and listen to my body. That means I am still taking orders, but I’ll be accepting fewer than I used to and availability may be limited from week to week.
And now, every order feels just a little more special.
Every loaf, cookie, cinnamon roll, and treat you order is officially helping us prepare for the little one we’ve waited so many years to meet. So you could say all bakery proceeds are going straight to the Baby Olson Fund. 🤍
If I’m a little slower to respond, don’t post quite as often, or have to say “I’m booked” sooner than usual, I’m still here — I’m just baking bread AND a baby now.
