I am halting my baking business for a little while. I am so grateful that you all loved my baked items. I may come back in the spring. May you all be blessed with the holiday season.

You put the lime cake in the coconut and create a yummy cake. Add coconut mousse and lime zest for an even better tropical teat. Cream cheese buttercream to cut the massive sweet add coconut to the top and you have a party cake that feeds20 to 25 people depending on the way you cutely the cake.

Wanting to update. I will be changing my menu. I understand the economy has been devastating to everyone, but I still have a passion and love for baking. It bothers me when people try to get money off of my baked goods as I have been fair for almost 2 years. With that being said. My quality speaks for itself. My prices will be compared to more fancy bakeries. I never pay myself for my time and sleepless nights, my usage of equipment, or the freshness and even organics, the packaging, printing of labels, used in/on my products. As of July 1, 2024 my price lists will be changing as well as what I will offer. I will not be doing cakes as I have been burned with cost of product, time and I am just not fan. If its special order we can discuss. Cakes are expensive and believe it or not the smaller the harder. I appreciate all the love shown. I am going to continue to enjoy my passion and anxiety reliever, hope everyone understands. I will be taking down my current menu at this time.

It is a challenge as a home baker when a client messages for cakes and they don't know what they want. I will be honest I prefer cupcakes over cakes but none the less, a challenge. So inst3ad of a week notice or even 3 days. It was less than 24 hours. Working a full time job and handling life, I can't let people down. 2 cakes completed. 1 Ghirardelli milk chocolate cake with ghiradelli chocolate buttercream, inside a light chocolate mousse 3 layers with chocolate shavings.. And a dense coconut, pineapple cake with a coconut cream mousse and pineapples, topped with vanilla cream cheese buttercream, added coconut and pineapples. I always pray over my baking as I so love to do it.
