Many have asked recently, so here’s the answer 🫶

“What makes you different than other sourdough bakers” the answer is pretty simple.

It’s quality of flour.
Style of baking.
Price & size.

We use all organic, freshly milled, & whole wheat flours. It wasn’t always this way, it was once just plain ole’ bread flour with no attention to the nutritional deficiencies of regular flour.

The switch was necessary 🫶

We open bake on stone to create a rich golden color with extra attention to the crispy exterior and allow for the natural rise and shape to occur without using pans - this is my preferred method.

While profits are important in any business, there’s no need to reduce my sizes to make an extra dollar. Our loaves on average are 950g before baking - I take pride in offering the lowest prices possible while still ensuring success for my business.
