Veggie and non-veggie options are Bacon Cheddar w/Shallots, as well as Mushroom Asparagus Goat Cheese made with Garlic Olive Oil and White Truffle Oil from Midtown Olive Oil. Both pair perfectly with either a cup of the BEST coffee you’ve ever had from Bellator Roasting Co OR the Tonic Parlor’s “Sunday Mimosa Special” over at Folks Foundation General Store!

The second batch was infused with garlic olive oil from and rosemary from my garden. Two more batches to go for this week’s fun with focaccia, as I get myself ready for things to come.
