The Boujee Baker My name is Erin and I operate a micro bakery out of my house in New Berlin Wisconsin.

I offer a variety of sourdough breads and bagels along with cinnamon rolls and other yummy baked goods.

So, anyone who knows me knows I’m a planner. I have been busy looking into how I can keep the bakery stand going throughout the winter months.

My first option is to just go with preorders. My second option is to upgrade the stand so that my customers can get out of the elements and shop.

After talking with the people over at city hall, I have been given the green light to put up a temporary bakery shed for the cold weather months. I am beyond excited about this. Knowing that my community that has been so supportive will still have a place to stop at for sourdough, cinnamon rolls and other treats makes me happy.

The shed has been ordered and will arrive in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for updates and pictures.

What a wonderful weekend it was at the bakery stand. The weather was perfect, the customers were constant, who could ask for more. I got to see some old friends, make new ones and see some family as well.

I need to thank you all for the amount of support you have given me on this journey of mine. The positive feedback I’m getting, whether it be the decor or the quality of my baked goods makes my heart warm. What started out as something small, has become so much bigger than I could ever have imagined and it’s because of you all.
