Trained and mentored by Chef Rachel and Chef Michelle through the culinary and baking program of Waukesha County Technical College in Waukesha, Wisconsin - Patricia is currently an up and coming chef perfecting her pastry and baking skills through her special bakery business called Je t'aime Pastry. Je t'aime in French means "I Love You". Patricia believes good, wholesome food is important in ever

Patricia is offering wholesome, fresh, classically baked items for those that require tasty, fresh quality bakery, baked to perfection through the classical art of technique and chef’s desire for the best bakery in town. Patricia is ServSafe certified. She is graduated with the Technical Degree in Baking and Pastry Production in May 2022 and received the program award from WCTC in May 2022. Patricia is looking forward to becoming your personal pastry chef for all of your events and pastry orders.

After much thought and passion, I’ve decided to take my pastry adventures in a delicious new direction. I will be closing my bread and cookie production to fully focus on what I love most — creating exceptional gourmet cakes for your special moments.

While I’ve cherished baking fresh breads and cookies for you, my heart is now completely devoted to crafting beautiful, unforgettable cakes that go far beyond the ordinary.

Think rich, flavorful, and just a little more magical than anything you’ll find at the grocery store — the kind of cake that turns celebrations into memories. This new chapter means even more creativity, quality, and attention to detail poured into every cake I make for you.

Remembering the butter horns that my Aunt Betty used to make back when I was a little girl. They were so soft, buttery and had delicious toasted almonds on them. I don't think I'll ever be able to create exactly what she made but I think I'm close. So special. ❤️
