🚨LONG, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TOPIC. 🚨
We normally keep ALL opinions off the page for an numerous amount of reasons- there are a lot of wild things that happen in our area and we always stick by the live and let live - people will always reveal themselves.
However we have been going through ALOT advocating for our littlest baby Ace. 9/10 he’s the one greeting you at the door with Pepper to pick up that special order and give you the worlds biggest hug, or letting you know everything about anime or the marvel world.
Raising a child with special needs is a ball game of its own, therapy, routines, a complete lifestyle change. Our Ace has been through SO much let alone this past month, that our special needs loved ones do not deserve or need to go through ever.
As special needs parents, there is so much you don’t know at first. All the protections and rights your child has for starters.
My husband had left a very honest review to inform other parents who not only have dealt with the same issues, but to prevent other families from experiencing or going through the same thing.
Please stay away from this agency for many reasons. They cannot remove their review since it’s simply honest and factual but they can remove their review section entirely from being seen. If you have been apart of our support system, I cannot thank you enough for getting us through on those difficult days we have felt isolated and hopeless.
This is the post from Jeff and I encourage all to read and to search for services from your loved one elsewhere.

We typically move on and do not publicly voice concerns, however this needs to be known amongst any individuals who have special needs loved ones. We had our son enrolled at FCT for quite some time, and honestly our OT was absolutely phenomenal. The owner has been extremely unprofessional from the beginning— not limiting to the beginning of this year when she had someone illegally running her accounts department improperly collecting and moving funds putting their office in a deficit of hundreds of thousands of dollars. There are many families impacted by this sadly. Not only were we fortunate enough to never be behind but provided months and months of statements highlighting the fact we indeed did not owe them anything ( although they were trying to get us to pay hundreds of dollars from back payment). Ultimately our payments were under someone else’s account. In addition to these serious concerns- we have advocated for additional days and more therapy that our son truly needs and have been on a “waitlist” for over a year just for an additional day which is simply not the case. We have been more than patient and understanding as our healthcare is hurting for the resources our special needs loved ones really need. Recently after a difficult session ending early which we may have had a handful this entire time we simply asked a billing question. This led to my sons discharge of the therapy center, no transition plan, nothing.
This is illegal- most special needs parents do not know this and are treated poorly. Some days are difficult in therapy, dysregulation is hard and our children need to be in a place surrounded by therapists and owners with integrity. This is a major impact on any one with a family member with special needs and we highly encourage those to seek therapy and resources outside this facility for not only is there more offered at other places, but ones not willing to treat your children in that manner.
