Good morning everyone! First, I would just like to say, thank you to everyone who has supported my small business this past year. You guys are amazing!! Secondly, due to some customers who have either ghosted me to try and skip out on the balance or others taking days to weeks to pay, I have had to change my payment policies. Moving forward this year, I will still be collecting a NON REFUNDABLE deposit at time of order, but NOW BALANCE will be DUE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY/PICKUP. As always, I want to ensure my customers are 100% satisfied with thwir orders, so if there is a problem with your order, I will be happy to discuss it with you and come to resolution that is reasonable for both parties involved. I appreciate your understanding and continued support! Praying for us to all have a blessed day.
