🍌 Banana Bread Pancake:

Inspired by Pancake Pantry’s Banana Bread Pancake, this cupcake features a banana and pecan cake topped with cinnamon buttercream, sprinkled with pecans and drizzled with Pancake Pantry’s signature maple syrup.

🍑 Peaches & Cream:

Inspired by Hattie Jane Creamery’s roasted peach cobbler ice cream, our Peaches & Cream cupcake features a yellow cinnamon swirl cake, filled with peach compote, topped with cream cheese buttercream, garnished with a peach slice and a dash of cinnamon.

🍓Two Short Cake:

Two Short Cake is our take on one of Slim & Husky’s signature cinnamon rolls— Two Short Cakes. This cupcake is a cinnamon and brown sugar cake, filled with strawberry compote and topped with cream cheese buttercream, garnished with graham cracker crumbs and a strawberry drizzle.

Our Story

I’m so excited to share my baked from scratch original recipe cupcakes with you! Since 2008, I have enjoyed creating award-winning cupcakes together with my family. Prior to founding The Cupcake Collection, baking was not my forte. Even baking out of a box was a challenge for me. After years of drowning in debt and brokenness, I decided to do something different. Using the last $5 I had for dinner one week, I bought ingredients for what would eventually become a family legacy with over five million cupcakes sold. Featured daily from my kitchen are the sweet treats we rise early to prepare with you in mind, exactly the way our family has come to love them. That's also the reason we approach them the way we do. Because I'd never dream of offering my personal guests something less than I'd offer to family, I promise to always make yours free from lard and shortening, and gluten or dairy if you need that too. At The Cupcake Collection, we are not trying to reinvent the wheel. We are just trying to do classic things well. Our cupcakes taste homemade because they are homemade, right in the space where I raised my family and now in my hometown, New Orleans.
