I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, and I now have a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and a degree in Food Business Management. During school I completed an internship in San Antonio, Texas at The Exclusive Cake Shop, I also spent a semester in Napa Valley, California for Advanced Baking and Pastry Concepts and Designs. Upon Graduation I started working in Nashville, Tennessee at Homestyle Bakery, and later moved to Roswell, Georgia where I worked at It's A Sweet Life Bakery. Now I am fulfilling my dream of running my own business ~Cake Makes Me Happy~
