Happy New Year from the Around the Table fam featuring our newest family members! We are closing out 2025 with so much gratitude and thankfulness for what this year brought us. And we are entering into 2026 excited for what’s to come and the memories to make. With excitement (and a little bittersweet feelings) 2026 will be the last year that Around the Table will be operating. We will finish out the last of the weddings on our schedule and close the business after that. It’s been an absolutely incredible 6 years - years that make it hard to walk away from something we’ve built from the ground up and had incredible success in it. But the two little ones in this picture are my why. Adopting a 4 and 8(now 9) year old has made me realize I don’t want to miss anymore time with them than I already have. When we got home from Liberia this summer and jumped right back in to a 50 wedding fall wedding season I realized how much I missed getting to do fun things with them. I’m thankful for the grandparents that stepped in to help us but after the 4th weekend in a row of my girls spending 10 hours with a grandparent on Saturday I realized this just wasn’t fair to them. I’m so thankful for everyone that trusted us over the years to be a small part of their celebrations. This wasn’t an easy decision but one we have all the peace in. This business was exactly what we needed in the season we were in and now we’re in a new season full of new adventures and creating a new family. If you’re a 2026 bride on our schedule do not worry, it is business as usual as we finish out our spring/summer weddings for this year.
