GEORGE HOWARD KEONTA HARRIS IV was arrested in WAKE COUNTY and charged with A STREET TAKEOVER

Per court documents
Harris knowingly operated a motor vehicle without the authorization to take over a portion of a public vehicular area by blocking or impeding the regular flow traffic with a motor vehicle to perform a motor vehicle stunt (burn out)

The Christmas parade is next Sunday, Dec. 3 at 3 p.m. downtown. There also will be a food truck rodeo at Station Square. Bring your lawn/camping chairs, get there early, so you can get your food and sit and watch the parade from a good spot.
