Bread's almost done for tomorrow at the Nacogdoches Farmers Market! This week I'll have Black Olive Bread II (using a different basic white dough, just to see how it goes over), Honey Oatmeal (no pecan this week), Tomato Rosemary, Pesto Pine Nut, Cheddar Cheese Loaf, Italian Braid, Multi-Grain, White and Wheat ... chocolate chunk cookies, and a special pumpkin - oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips (it's called Chocolate Chip Harvest). Oh, and Cinnamon Swirl bread! Our scones this week are Orange Cranberry, Lemon Poppyseed and the ever-popular Bacon Cheddar Chive. Get your favorites early.

Talking to suppliers this week, searching for better packaging and bulk pricing on the high quality ingredients we use!

New enterprises are challenging, but last week was downright rough. Molly spent Monday through Wednesday in the hospital. She had a good day at the Farmer's Market: thanks! But we discovered a problem. At least one of the breads this week and another last week fermented in their bags. So disappointing to have a great product but see it ruined. Not fair to you, our customers! We're offering refunds.
