As we head into summer vacation season across the USA, I wanted to shine a light on the small businesses that work incredibly hard every day to make a difference in their communities

Behind every coffee shop, restaurant, boutique, and local business are real people—families, owners, managers, summer staff, and often young people working their very first jobs. They’re learning, growing, and doing their best while navigating busy days and high expectations.
