Our most recent addition is our LIL Mobile Cafe, where we create delicious bubble waffles filled with sweet and savory meal options.

What am I doing while we are shutdown for winter? Practicing! This week I am serving as the student pastry chef at Courses Restaurant! While I will be plating all of these lovely desserts tomorrow, I can only take credit for designing the heart shaped verrine cup which will be featured in the lunchbox.
