I had the honor of making the cake and cupcakes for my friend's daughter's "Fairy First" birthday party.
The cake is vanilla with buttercream, and the cupcakes flavors are: lemon, ube (purple yam) with ube Italian meringue buttercream, chocolate, and vanilla.
The birthday girl is such a proper lady that she didn't smash the cake- she waited for someone to slice it and hand her a spoon. 😂

Happy Saturday, everyone! I have an announcement for my Muskegon and my Fort Wayne friends- Nikki's Bakehause will be re-locating back to Fort Wayne, IN next week!

Deciding to move back home was such a difficult decision to make, because we have absolutely fallen in love with the beauty and the friendly people of Muskegon. But with our little one on the way, it makes the most sense to start our family where our roots are.

That being said, I won't be taking many orders for some time due to my pregnancy progressing, and soon I will be focusing on being a new mom, but I'm looking forward to baking for all of my Fort Wayne friends when I can. I appreciate your patience in advance!

The cake is marble with raspberry filling and buttercream. Decorations are made with graham cracker, rice paper, and fondant.

November is flying by! You all have kept me pretty busy with orders so far this month. I love the variety of different order requests that I get.

Orders from this week~
I made 10 dozen pumpkin sugar cookies with loads of orange buttercream for the neighborhood's Halloween party.
And also a small maple cheesecake. It's nothing special to look at, but it was packed full of flavor, and I used real maple syrup, of course 😋
