I have traveled all over the world and lived in Europe and the Middle East. It was during these times abroad that I became interested in various cuisines and desserts. I started to experiment with tastes, spices, and presentation, and my career in food began. Over the past 16 years I have catered events ranging in size from 6 to 400 people. No event is too large or too small, and each aspect of ev
ery event I work receives my personal attention and care. Watching people discover the world through food has been very exciting. My clients continually challenge me to develop new dishes for their unique events which has given me a lot of joy over the years.
