It's not quite vacation time for me yet, but tax season is over and I am so thrilled to have more time available to do the things that bring me joy! I'm so excited to be back in the kitchen this weekend!

And... It's berry season in Arkansas!! These berries and cream cookies are light and fresh. A cookie made with fresh strawberries and blueberries topped with homemade whipped cream and more fresh berries. Not too sweet and perfect for spring and summer parties.
