The cookie that started it all! This was the very first cookie on my menu nearly two years ago, and it does not disappoint. A large, 3-ounce bakery-style cookie with a peanut butter oatmeal base, a touch of coconut for extra chew, and loaded with M&M's, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips.
