Purple Plum Bake Shop Purple Plum Bake Shop is owned and operated by Rebecca Gibbs. Rebecca and her husband, Lee have created a home in Mount Horeb with their three children.

Rebecca has always had a passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts and wants to share her creations through Purple Plum Bake Shop. Rebecca has bachelor degrees in business and nursing. When she isn't busy with baking or family, she is working at a hospital in Madison, Wisconsin as an RN.

We are excited to announce that Purple Plum Bake Shop is heading to Mineral Point for a very special Valentine’s Day pop-up!

This one is extra sweet because our own Rebecca Gibbs (Blanchette) is returning to her hometown! We can’t wait to see some familiar faces and share some treats with the community where it all started.
