Same recipe, same bake time & temperature. Different look. The one on the left is made in an oval Dutch oven preheated at 450. Looks more like a traditional sourdough. On the right is made in loaf pans, not preheated. Both baked beautifully just depends what you like. I like the loaf pan method personally. Easier for cutting and fitting in bags.
