Yum! I definitely need to find a better method to get these out of my pans BUT the flavors are on point! Peanut butter chocolate and turtle superfood brownie bites 😍 these are completely plant based with a date “brownie” base. They are full a nutrition but free of gluten, dairy, and add sugar. I’m really excited to launch my new line! Not to worry, my entire regular menu is still available and I won’t be switching the bakery brand just adding this new health-conscious treat option.

This is a peanut butter, gf oat, and coconut, dipped in dairy free melted chocolate. It includes flax and chia seed to boost nutrients,  but don’t let the health talk fool you. It’s dang delicious.

Cake slice size has been called into question since switching to single bake trays. Still the same amount of batter, frosting and toppings. These containers are cute, they keep the slices fresher, they avoid flavors touching in your box, AND they save me time which in turn keeps me from raising my prices due to cost of ingredients. 😉😘💛

Lots of fresh berries and peaches at the market today and The Nut Wagon , a new family owned small business here in Moses Lake. The pecans are my favorite! Kassilin, Derrick and their two boys are right next to the amphitheater. Go get some before they sell out and make sure to follow their page!
