I have been married to my incredible husband Jody for 25 years and God has blessed us with 6 kids - Jay, Jesse, Madison, Ming, Mitchell & Jamae. I have loved baking since I was a little girl and have been the dessert maker in my home since middle school. With 6 kids in the house, I have a never ending need for cookies for my kids and their friends. My kids were often giving me short notice for a b

atch of needed cookies. Out of that need, I created a chocolate chip cookie bar that I could make in a hurry. These cookies became so requested that my family started calling them Bowser Bars. These continue to be a family favorite. My most requested cookie baked is the Snickerdoodle. Bowser Bakery was established because of the continued requests of friends who ask me if they can purchase my Snickerdoodles. The delicious aroma when I open the cookie container and the sweet cinnamon sugar taste make these cookies irresistible. I enjoy creating new yummy cookies and am glad to now share them with you. My cookies are all homemade with the finest ingredients created in a smoke-free, clean kitchen.
