Fresh eggs in the fridge on the stand. Our fridge stays at a constant of around 46° to procure freshness and prevent any type of spoilage of our eggs from the Florida sun and heat. It might cost us a little more in our electric bill, but we want to provide a quality product for our customers!

Before we had our stand we used to purchase eggs from other stands that just put their eggs in igloo coolers and one time we bought some eggs and they had been out in the sun all day and seven out of the dozen had spoiled because it was over 100° that day.

There are five dozen eggs in the fridge right now so if you’re looking to make some wonderful deviled eggs for the holidays, make sure you snag some!
