T-Toni's Bakery

T-Toni's Bakery My love for baking started with my mom, Rosa Lee Arrington. In 1995, I began baking cakes for her to take to work for different functions.

Soon, her coworkers asked if I could make cakes for them—especially for Thanksgiving. That year, I baked and sold about 73 cakes, with red velvet being the crowd favorite. To this day, red velvet remains my best seller, and I always tell my customers, "Nobody can beat me at making red velvet—I guarantee that!"

When I started, I had no idea how to measure or buy ingredients properly. But over time

, I mastered the art of baking, and my passion only grew. What started with cakes has expanded to cupcakes, which’ve taken off significantly! My business is officially registered under Alabama’s Home Processed Products & Cottage Food Law, allowing me to sell my homemade baked goods from home or at local farmers' markets. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me, and I can’t wait to share my cakes and cupcakes with even more people!
