A little reminder from the person behind the bakery.
We love serving you and work hard to make every visit a good one. We wouldn’t be here without our customers or our team, and I’m grateful for both.
We’re human, and mistakes can happen. If something isn’t right, please let us know so we have the chance to fix it. We want you to leave happy.
However, no one deserves to be yelled at, belittled, or spoken to rudely. Whether we’ve made a mistake or there’s a misunderstanding, treating my staff that way is never acceptable.
We’ve experienced this more often recently, and as their employer, I feel the need to speak up for them.
Many of the girls up front are teenagers learning and building confidence. This should be a fun, welcoming place to work, and every person on my team deserves to feel respected while doing their job.
We’re always willing to listen and help. All we ask is that you speak to us with the same respect you expect in return.
To everyone who shows our team patience and kindness, thank you.
